If you use the Portfolio Pro and you still get loans with ratings you haven’t selected in your settings, then it’s highly likely that your Portfolio Manager is still running.
Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Pro are two different products to choose from – the first one is almost fully automated and can invest in all loan ratings, and at the same time you can set the level of risk you are willing to take. On the other hand, Portfolio Pro allows you to configure additional criteria such as loan rating, duration and country.
So, if you are getting loan ratings you have not selected in your Portfolio Pro settings, then go to your portfolio manager page, and simply pause it.
