A recap of our videos in March 2021

In the month of March, we showed you how to update your personal details, everything you need to know about the KYC form, and where to find the tax reports. Bondora also celebrated a birthday! Keep reading to find out more.

How can I update my personal details? – Bondora

Today I’ll show you how easy it is to update your personal details on your Bondora account.

To update your personal details, simply log into your account.

Then, scroll down on the left menu panel and click on the Settings tab.

There you can review all your personal details and update your address, telephone number, social logins, email address, etc.

To protect your account, you’ll also have to confirm the changes with a one-time pin sent to your registered mobile number.

Everything you need to know about the KYC form – Bondora

Today we’ll talk about the KYC Form, what it is, and why you have to complete it before investing with Bondora.

Before we can finalize your account and grant you access to invest, you must complete the short Know Your Customer form, otherwise known as KYC. This is in addition to completing the ID verification and the bank account verification.

To complete your KYC form:

  • Log into your account
  • Then click on the ‘account setup’ banner at the top of your screen.
  • Follow the verification prompts to finalize your account verification.
  • Once you’ve completed it and we’ve finalized your account, you can start investing!

This KYC questionnaire helps us collect information vital to your account, like your occupation, proof of your source of funds, etc. But rest assured, we process all your personal data strictly according to our Privacy Policy.

It’s important to note that filling in the KYC form is a legal requirement, and we may have to close your account if you don’t complete it.

The KYC form complies with the European Commission’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing directive that protects your account, personal data, and investments.

If you’ve added money before finalizing your account, your money will be reserved until we’ve activated your account. If we have to close your account because you didn’t complete the KYC form, your money will be sent back to your bank account.

That’s everything you need to know about the KYC form!

Where to find your Bondora tax reports – Bondora

Today we’re talking about Bondora tax reports and where to find them.

We’ve made it easy for you to get all the tax information you need from your Account.

If you invest using Portfolio Pro, Portfolio Manager, or the API, you can access the tax reports from the ‘Reports’ tab on your main menu.

  • Simply log into your account then click on the ‘Reports’ tab
  • Next, select ‘Tax report,’ and choose the dates you want the data for,
  • Finally, click the ‘Create the report’ button to generate it
  • The Tax Report will be created immediately and will download as a PDF file.

If you invest using only Go & Grow, you can access your tax report directly from your Go & Grow account. The tax treatment is different for Go & Grow, which is why you can download a separate tax report.

To download your Go & Grow tax report:

  • Go to your Go & Grow account,
  • Click on the burger menu icon and select ‘Go & Grow Tax Report,’
  • There you can specify the dates you want the data for,
  • And lastly, click on the ‘Create the report’ button, the report will then download in pdf format.

And that’s all there is to it!
