The first month of autumn brought lots of great things. The video tour of our revamped office was released, we finally got to see the Bondora BMW winner with his prize, and our new support site went live in 6 languages. Just as the seasons change, at Bondora we saw how good change can be. Let’s take a look at all the highlights of September:
Our new support site is live in 6 languages
When it comes to our customer service, excellence is the only option. So, to answer any questions you might have about Bondora, we’ve redone our support site to give you instant answers to all your questions. And the best part? It’s available in English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Estonian. You can ask questions and find the answers in the language of your choice.
Simply visit support.bondora.com, type in your question, and find the answer! You can solve your query quicker than you can say ‘Korduma kippuvad küsimused’ (That’s ‘frequently asked questions’ in Estonian ;) ).
Our Invest & Drive winner gets his prize
Earlier this year, we launched one of our most exciting competitions ever—Invest & Drive! And Simon K was announced as the lucky investor who won the latest model of the BMW 330i xDrive M Sport, with a stylish one-of-a-kind Bondora design. When he found out he had won, he couldn’t believe it!
We went along to capture his first reaction when he saw his brand new BMW. But we don’t want to give it all away here – read more about Simon’s reaction and his new car here.
Your virtual office tour starts now
Remember that behind the scenes sneak peek we gave you in July of our virtual office tour? Well, it’s finally here and it looks even cooler than we imagined. It showcases our better-than-ever revamped office and everything that makes Bondora so special.

Our #2 Bondora Superstar is….
The next Bondorian we focused on in our Bondora Superstar series was Kaarel Soon – our Dev team lead. He told us more about his role, what he loves about working at Bondora, the funny story of how his wife got him into investing, and some other fun things we didn’t know about him. Get to know more about the life of the Bondora dev team lead here.
Focusing on sustainability
On September 9, we announced the Go & Grow payment limit of €1,000 per investor per month. We implemented this change to ensure that our platform remains stable for our current as well as future investors who want to invest in Go & Grow. Because world economies are so unstable right now and the future is so uncertain, we made the choice to focus on staying sustainable rather than just expanding exponentially. If you have any questions about this Go & Grow payment limit, you can find the answers instantly on our new support site. Click here to get instant answers.
Our guest blogger for the month: Ariana Nunes
Ariana Nunes, an esteemed investor and YouTube content creator from Portugal, shared her experience with Bondora and how it influenced her investment journey. Read her guest blog article for her personal insights involving finances, p2p investments, content creation, and more.
