1. Account verification: “Can I verify more than one bank account?”

Yes, you can verify more than one personal bank account. To do this, make a payment of at least €0.01 to your Bondora account. As soon as the payment is received, the details for your second bank account will be saved automatically.

On the Withdraw page, you can switch between your two bank accounts by clicking on the arrow next to the account displayed to make a payment to the desired bank account.

Click on the bold text to learn more about how to verify your bank account.

2. Go & Grow: “Is the monthly payment limit per investor or per Go & Grow account?”

The Go & Grow monthly payment limit is €400 per investor, per calendar month. So, if you have 3 Go & Grow accounts, you can make a payment to one or all of your Go & Grow accounts, as long as the total amount added does not exceed €400.

For example, payments to all 3 of your Go & Grow accounts in one month could look like this:

10 September: Go & Grow Rainy day – €150

19 September: Go & Grow Travel – €50

25 September: Go & Grow Retirement – €200

You can read more about the Go & Grow monthly payment limit here.

3. Payments: “How can I make cross-currency payments and withdrawals?”

Unfortunately, cross-currency transactions are not supported on the platform. Our functional currency is EUR, and this means that we can only accept payments made in this currency. It is also not possible to withdraw in a different currency other than EUR. If your bank does not support EUR or charges high conversion fees, consider opening a multicurrency account with an electronic money service or online bank.

4. Account: “What is the Wallet?”

The Wallet holds money that isn’t invested. The money in your Wallet can be invested by Portfolio Manager or Portfolio Pro once activated, or can be transferred to your Go & Grow account by enabling the Auto-transfer feature. Alternatively, you can withdraw the money in your Wallet directly to your verified bank account.

You can view your Wallet on your Dashboard or your Go & Grow account.

5. Go & Grow: “I have multiple Go & Grow accounts. If I reach the monthly payment limit and make additional payments to my Go & Grow accounts, will the money reach the intended account the following month?”

If you add more, than the monthly payment limit, the money exceeding €400 will be added to your Wallet. Unfortunately, the money will not reach the intended account in the following month, even if you use the appropriate reference text. Instead, the money will be transferred to the Go & Grow account with the Auto-transfer feature enabled.

And that’s it for this month! We hope we’ve answered all your questions. If you have other Bondora questions, you can easily find the answers on our online support site.
