Hi there! I’m Kairi and I joined Bondora more than six years ago in 2013 when there were fewer than ten people in the company. Today, Bondora has over 93,000 investors (this number is growing daily) from 85 countries all around the world who’ve invested more than €320M.

1. Is there a way to predict my Go & Grow profitability over the upcoming years?

Sure, for this purpose, we have built a profitability calculator for Go & Grow. To access it, simply click on Go & Grow Settings in the upper right corner > Forecast.

2. What happens if my credit card expires, can I add a new one for my withdrawals?

You can top up your account using several cards, but it is only possible to withdraw money to the same card that was used for the initial payment. In case that particular card has expired, we’d need to send money to your associated bank account instead.

Let’s illustrate it with an example. You added €100 from a card xxxx123 and then €50 from a card xxxx456. Your account is fully verified (both ID and bank account).

Now, a year later you have decided to withdraw some money from your Bondora account, but your card xxxx123 has expired in the meantime. If you navigate to “Withdraw” section it still shows you an option to withdraw money to the card.

As explained above, we always need to send your money back via the same method and for the amount originally deposited from the card using FIFO (first in first out) logic. More info in the Support Guide article Why can I only withdraw to my VISA/Mastercard?.

It means that we’d need to send the €100 back first (originated from the expired xxxx123), but it cannot be transferred to the other card (in this case, xxxx456).

No worries, you can simply proceed with your withdrawal as normal. We have built a smart system which automatically detects that the card is not in use, the transfer is automatically redirected to your associated bank account and the expired card will be removed from your account.

3. Can you explain the numbers on my Go & Grow account?

Q: I added money to my Go & Grow account I had been using some time ago. For me it’s not clear why the numbers on my Dashboard don’t reflect that correctly.

Here’s how it works:

To arrive to net values, Go & Grow uses the following formulas.

Added = total money added – total withdrawals

Gained = current value – Added – fees paid**

Please note that all historical transactions are taken into account in the calculations, i.e. when you have withdrawn from your Go & Grow in the past (€1 x n).
