Hi there! I’m Kairi and I joined Bondora more than six years ago in 2013 when there were fewer than ten people in the company. Today, Bondora has over 90,000 investors (this number is growing daily) from 85 countries all around the world who’ve invested more than €315M.
Starting as an assistant, I’ve worked across several departments within Bondora, and I’m now leading our Investor Associates’ team. We strive to give first-class customer service to all of our investors. Here’s a little overview of the commonly asked questions during November. Happy reading.
Payments at the speed of light
Excellent news! We’ve recently upgraded our payments engine and now support instant payments for withdrawals and adding money to your account.
If you haven’t heard of it yet, instant payments allow you to make European transfers around the clock in seconds. Payments can be made instantly if the amount is under €15,000, and the bank of the beneficiary has joined the instant payment system.
How long does it take?
Many banks already support the instant payment system. In most cases the transfers are immediate, but please allow up to 3 business days for all the transfers to go through. Often, it depends on the speed of your bank when processing the payment. In addition to regular bank transfers (SEPA), this also applies to the other options like TransferWise, Trustly, and Klarna payments.

3. Is there a minimum investment amount needed to participate in the prize draw of Invest 2020?
The minimum amount you can invest with Bondora is €1. And the same goes for the Invest 2020 campaign. No matter how much you invest within the campaign period, you’ll still gain an entry into the prize draw.
4. I am interested in increasing my chances to win. If I invest a bigger sum/make more investments, do I get more entries in the prize draw?
The earlier you invest, the bigger your chances of winning. But you’ll only get one entry into the prize draw. For those who invest between 04/11/2019 – 31/01/2020, we’ll choose a winner every week.
