1. Go & Grow: “Is it possible to manually transfer a specific amount from my Wallet to Go & Grow?”

If you do not want to use the Go & Grow Auto-transfer feature, you can manually transfer money from your Wallet to Go & Grow via the app (download it from Google Play or the Apple app store). To do so, open the app and click ‘Add Money’ in the menu bar. Next, select ‘Wallet,’ then specify how much you want to transfer and to which Go & Grow account. It’s that easy!

2. Payments: “Can I make a payment from a personal bank account that is not verified?”

Yes, we can accept a payment from a personal bank account that is not yet verified. It’s possible to have multiple bank accounts verified to your Bondora account, and we will confirm your bank details when we receive your first payment. You can then withdraw to your additional bank account in the future.

3. App: “I’m a new investor. Why can’t I access the app?”

The Go & Grow app does not support account verification just yet. You must first identify your account on the web platform before using the app. Once your account is fully verified, you can enjoy Go & Grow on the go!

4. Go & Grow: “How do I activate the Go & Grow product?”

When money is added to your Go & Grow account, it will automatically earn a return. You don’t need to do anything to activate it. You can check the live return on your Go & Grow dashboard anytime, track your daily return on the Statements page or the Statements tab on the app.

5. Referral Program: “Is the referral program for Go & Grow only?”

You can earn a 5% bonus on your friend’s investment, regardless of the product they use to invest. So no matter if they invest with Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Pro, or Go & Grow, you can earn cash with the referral program. Learn more about how the refer a friend program works.
