1. Account: “What are the fees to invest with Bondora?”

There’s only one! With Go & Grow, the only fee is a €1 deduction per withdrawal transaction, regardless of the amount you’re withdrawing or your account size. Nothing more! No sign-up fees and no annual account management fees.

There are no withdrawal fees if you transfer money from Wallet to your bank account.

2. Go & Grow: “Where can I view the investments in my Go & Grow portfolio?”

When you invest with Go & Grow, you receive a fraction of a vast number of loan pieces spread across different credit ratings. Given the claims are so small, it’s not meaningful to show detailed information about your portfolio. You can, however, learn more about the Go & Grow portfolio in our quarterly blog series on the Go & Grow portfolio distributions. The composition of your Go & Grow portfolio is similar to the distribution shown in the blog.

3. Account verification: “Which reference text should I use to verify my bank account?”

The first payment received from your personal bank account will be used to verify it, regardless of which product you are using to invest. If you wish to add money to your Go & Grow account, you will use the corresponding reference text found on the Add Money page. Alternatively, if you want to invest using Portfolio Manager or Portfolio Pro, you will first have to make a payment to your Wallet and then transfer the money from there.

4. Account: “I closed my Bondora investor account, but now I want to invest again. Should I create a new account?”

If you previously had a Bondora investor account, there’s no need to create a new one. We can reopen your closed account for you. Please contact our support team by filling out this form on our support site, and an Investors Relations Associate will assist you further. Please use the registered email address that you used for your old account.

5. Go & Grow: “If I withdraw money from my Go & Grow account, does the monthly payment limit still apply?”

The maximum amount of €400 that you can add to Go & Grow is a net limit. Meaning, in addition to the €400 payment, you can add the amount withdrawn back to Go & Grow as long as the transactions occur within the same calendar month.

Let’s take a real-life example; this is the activity on John’s Go & Grow account:

12 October: – €100

19 October: + €400

25 October: + €100
