Terms and Conditions of December Giveaway for GG users

1. General Information and Campaign
   1. The December Giveaway (hereinafter the "Campaign") is organized by Bondora Capital OÜ, registry code 12831506, located at A.H. Tammsaare tee 56, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter "Bondora").
   2. The general rules of the Campaign have been established with these Terms and Conditions. Special rules (including the prizes and draw dates) for a specific Campaign will be set forth in the email message sent about the Campaign to the participant of the Campaign (hereinafter the "Participant)".
2. Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Campaign
   1. Natural persons who are Go and Grow users and have a valid agreement with Bondora under the Terms of Use of Go & Grow (https://www.bondora.com/en/terms).
   2. Employees of Bondora (including Bondora Group of companies) or their family members may not participate in the Campaign.
   3. In order to participate in the prize draw and win prizes, you must follow the instructions outlined in the prize draw notification sent via email.
   4. Entry into the draw is restricted to participants who have met the specific requirements detailed in the email notification pertaining to the Prize Draw.
3. Prize Draw
   1. The prizes to be drawn in the Campaign (hereinafter the “Prize”) will be announced in the email message sent to the Participant.
   2. Bondora will randomly draw the winners (hereinafter the “Winner”) from among the Participants.
   3. Bondora will personally contact the Winner via their email address no later than seven (7) days after the Prize Draw. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner no later than fourteen (14) days after getting contact with the Winner. Bondora is entitled to request information about the Winner’s contact details and if relevant, consent for transmission of the Winner’s contact details (name, phone, address) to a transportation services company (a courier). Bondora is entitled to request the identification of the Winner.
   4. If the Winner has violated the terms and conditions of the Campaign, provided false information to Bondora, or Bondora is unable to get contact with the Winner due to reasons arising from the Winner, Bondora may decide to draw a new Winner. In such cases, Bondora will not be liable for the initial Winner's Prize draw or for not receiving the Prize.
   5. The Prize will not be replaced with other prizes or paid out in cash (if the Prize is not monetary). The winner may waive the right to receive the Prize by notifying Bondora via email.
4. Processing of Personal Data
   1. The Participant is aware that Bondora processes the participants' personal data in the Campaign per Bondora.com Privacy Policy, but only for the reasons of organizing the Campaign and the Prize draw.
5. Miscellaneous
   1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. Bondora has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Bondora informs the Participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via an email message sent to the Participants.
   3. If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Campaign participant may contact Bondora by using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions or write a message via Bondora’s How can we help? page.
   4. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the Republic of Estonia's legislation in Harju County Court.
