Terms and Conditions of Bondora 15th Birthday Campaign

1. General Information and Campaign

   The Bondora 15th Birthday Campaign (hereinafter the "Campaign") is organized by Bondora Capital OÜ, registry code 12831506, located at A.H. Tammsaare tee 47, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter "Bondora").

   1. The Campaign will run from April 25, 2023, to April 30, 2023 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").
2. Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Campaign
   1. The Campaign is open to natural persons who:
      1. have during the Campaign Period made at least one payment in the amount of EUR 1 000 to their Go & Grow Unlimited account; and
      2. meet with the conditions set forth in clause 2.3. of the Terms of Use.
   2. Employees of Bondora (including Bondora Group of companies) or their family members may not participate in the Campaign.
3. Prize Draw
   1. Bondora will randomly draw 15 (fifteen) winners (hereinafter the “Winner”) from among the participants of the Campaign (hereinafter the "Participant") on May 5, 2023, who will each get a prize of EUR 1 000 (the Prize).
   2. Each EUR 1 000 payment to Participants Go & Grow Unlimited account during the Campaign Period will increase their chances of winning. One Winner is entitled to receive one Prize.
   3. Bondora will personally contact the Winner via their email address no later than seven (7) calendar days after the Prize Draw. The Prize money will be credited to the Winner's Go & Grow Unlimited account no later than seven (7) calendar days after the Winner notification via email.
   4. If the Winner has violated or manipulated the terms and conditions of the Campaign, provided false information to Bondora, or Bondora is unable to get contact with the Winner due to reasons arising from the Winner, Bondora may decide to draw a new Winner. In such cases, Bondora will not be liable for the initial Winner's Prize draw or for not receiving the Prize.
   5. The Prize will not be replaced with other prizes. The Winner may waive the right to receive the Prize by notifying Bondora via email.
   6. The Winner may be obliged to pay certain taxes (e.g., gambling tax) on the total amount earned depending on their country of residency.
4. Processing of Personal Data
   1. The Participant is aware that Bondora processes the participants' personal data in the Campaign per Bondora.com Privacy Policy, but only for the reasons of organizing the Campaign and the Prize draw.
5. Miscellaneous
   1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. Bondora has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Bondora informs the Participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via an email message sent to the Participants.
   3. If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Campaign participant may contact Bondora by using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions or write a message via Bondora’s How can we help? page.
   4. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the Republic of Estonia's legislation in Harju County Court.
