You’ll help define and maintain our visual identity, craft brand guidelines, and create various digital and print assets, including graphics, illustrations, and templates for our website, social media, emails, and internal documents.
Your creativity will also extend to presentations, campaign visuals, banners, company swag, and office branding.

🎨 What you’ll do as our Marketing Designer
- Develop and maintain Bondora’s visual identity with Head of Brand and Product Design Lead
- Create and uphold brand design guidelines
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all communication channels
- Produce graphic designs for various platforms (website, campaigns, social media posts, emails, and internal communications)
- Assist Bondora in remaining at the forefront of design trends
- Continually enhance the visual appeal of our brand

🚀Essential skills for success in this role
- 5+ years of proven experience as a graphic, marketing, or brand designer
- Exceptional skills in visual design, with an eye for typography, colors, and composition
- Strong skills in creating visual content in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma
- Basic understanding of CSS/HTML and animation tools is a plus
- Experience in creating and maintaining brand guidelines
- Ability to translate high-level concepts into compelling, creative ideas
- Capability of handling multiple projects across all phases of execution, with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of design trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve
