Hi there, I’m Temiloluwa from Bondora’s Investor Relations team. Every month, I share the most-asked questions from other investors to keep you in the know. In lieu of my regular post, I’d like to reflect on 2021. And what a year it has been! I’ll highlight updates in the company and Investor Relations team, top questions for the year, and more. There’s no time to waste, so let’s get going!

Let’s crunch some numbers

We’ve reached several milestones this year thanks to you! There are more than 180,000 customers who have invested over a half a billion euros and received ā‚¬60 million in returns šŸŽ‰ And these numbers continue to grow daily.

Happenings at Bondora in 2021

It has been an eventful year here at Bondora:

  • Second office in Tartu. Our team of Superstars is growing faster than ever. To support our new Bondorians, we opened a second office in Tartu, Estonia.
  • New Go & Grow app. After much anticipation, we released the new and improved Go & Grow app. But we aren’t finished yet! Expect more features in the app over the next few months.
  • Relaunch of the Spanish originations market. In early 2020, we decided to slow originations to a sustainable level due to much economic uncertainty caused by the global pandemic. After more than a year, the Spanish originations market was relaunched in September.

Highlights within the team

Over the course of 12 months, change is to be expected. And we experienced a lot of it!

Last year, we announced that Kristianne was expecting and in March, she welcomed baby Nora! After completing an internship with the Marketing team, she officially joined them as a Social Media Specialist. She still helps us out with videos from time to time, so you will still see her around!

Also in March, Suule joined us to support your queries in Estonian and German. We’ve been more than thrilled to have her, and she’s been a great addition to our team.

After 7.5 years with Bondora, Kairi departed from the company. We were sad to see her go, but wish her the best of luck in her new role.

I became the new Head of Investor Relations. I’m excited to continue to support our investors and provide first-class service.
